Memorial Cup

In 1919, Canadians were reeling from the losses of the First World War and sought to honour the dead. The Ontario Hockey Association donated the Memorial Cup in remembrance of those Canadians who lost their lives in the war. In 2010, the Memorial Cup was rededicated to the memory of all fallen Canadian military personnel.
