Policy
Environmental sustainability is at the heart of our mission to preserve cultural heritage for future generations.
Our Environmental Sustainability Policy reflects this dedication, guiding every aspect of our operations — from facilities and collections management to research and visitor engagement. By reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving natural resources, and fostering environmental stewardship, we aim to minimize our ecological footprint while inspiring positive action.

People
Our people are at the core of driving meaningful change.
The Climate Action, Reporting, and Engagement (CARE) Working Group brings together diverse voices from across the organization to champion environmental sustainability and climate resilience. Led by the Chief Strategy Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, this collaborative team unites specialists within the Museum in facilities, exhibitions, risk management, and commercial operations.
By leveraging shared expertise, CARE fosters dialogue between senior leadership and Museum teams, supporting the planning and coordination of critical environmental initiatives.
