A photograph of a Bristol F.2 Fighter (E-2187), flown during the war by Captain G.W. Curtis of the Royal Flying Corps. The Bristol, popularly known as the 'Brisfit' or 'Biff,' was a two-seater biplane fighter and reconnaissance aircraft. It had a maximum speed of about 200 km/h and could fly to a height of 5,500 metres.
