Translated as "For Peace," this cartoon shows Italian soldiers placing the leaders of the Central Powers into a police wagon for eventual incarceration. Originally neutral, Italy joined the Triple Entente in May 1915. Its forces fought against Austrian troops through much of the war along rugged terrain northeast of Venice.
