Lifelong Learners at the Canadian War Museum – Stitches in Time

Ottawa, Ontario, October 12, 2007 — Lifelong Learners is a program for adults, which was developed as part of the Canadian War Museum’s Building Knowledge series. Participants receive privileged access to the Museum’s experts during a full-day workshop.

Join War Museum historian Dr. Amber Lloydlangston for an in-depth tour of the special exhibition Stitches in Time, then learn the basics of making a memory quilt during a workshop led by a guest expert.

WHEN: Tuesday, October 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in English
Tuesday, October 30 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in French
COST: $20 (includes light lunch)

About the Canadian War Museum
