Tenskwatawa’s followers formed a powerful coalition that included the Potawatomis, Anishnaabes, Shawnees, Odawas, Winnebagos, Sauks, Foxes, Kickapoos, Delawares, Wyandots, Menominees, Miamis, Piankeshaws, and Dakotas who lived between the Ohio and Mississippi rivers.
