Greg Hill is an installation, multimedia and performance artist whose work explores his Rotinonhsyonni (Iroquoian) identity through the prism of colonialism, nationalism, and concepts of place and community.

Mr. Hill has had two solo exhibitions and has participated in more than twenty group exhibitions in venues throughout North America and Europe. As a performance artist, he has appeared with artist Sue-Ellen Gerritsen in collaborative storytelling/performance productions in Canada, the United States, the Czech Republic and Hong Kong.

Mr. Hill is also the curator of Tsi Karhakta: Aktatye tsi Yohate (At the Edge of the Woods: Along the Highway) (Ottawa, 1998), and Kehn tsi Yohwentsyate/On this earth (Toronto, 1999). He has given lectures and presented papers at a number of conferences throughout Ontario on Aboriginal arts and identity issues, and he is the recipient of numerous arts awards.

Born and raised in Fort Erie, Ontario, Mr. Hill is Kanyen'kehaka (Mohawk). His work can be found in the collections of the Royal Ontario Museum, the Canadian Native Arts Foundation and the International Museum of Electrography in Cuenca, Spain, as well as a number of other public and private collections in Canada and Germany.
