Sea Cadet JumperRoyal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps uniforms like this jumper followed Royal Canadian Navy patterns, but differed in details of badges and insignia.
On the right sleeve, a shoulder patch (top) identifies the wearer as being from Cornwall, Ontario. The trade badge for a bandsman (centre) is worn over a star for leadership, while at the bottom of the sleeve, badges identify the wearer's qualifications: emergency first aid (top), bugler (middle), and marksman (bottom). The jumper's left sleeve has a shoulder patch matching that on the left, and also bears the rank insignia for a Chief Petty Officer, Second Class (bottom).
